At Cielo Beauty Lounge, we value your time and strive to provide a relaxing, high-quality experience for every client. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to both clients and staff, we kindly ask that you review our Booking & Cancellation Policy below.
📅 Booking Appointments
- Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.
- A deposit is not required at the time of booking.
- Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service.
❌ Cancellations
We understand that unexpected changes can occur. If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us as early as possible.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment:
✔ No fee will be charged. -
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment:
A late-cancellation fee may apply (up to 50–100% of the scheduled service).
🚫 No-Show Policy
Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be marked as a no-show.
- No-shows may incur a fee equal to the full cost of the booked service.
- Repeated no-shows may require a FULL deposit for future appointments or may limit your ability to book.
🔄 Rescheduling
You are welcome to reschedule your appointment, subject to availability.

💳 Refunds
- Refunds are only issued for appointments that are canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
- Fees charged due to late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
- Prepaid services, packages, or gift cards follow their individual terms and are not eligible for cash refunds.
😷 Health & Safety
- Please reschedule if you are sick or showing symptoms of illness.
- Inform your technician of any nail conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or medical concerns before your service.
- We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of severe infections or conditions that require medical treatment.
✨ Service Quality & Adjustments
- If you experience issues with your manicure or pedicure, please contact us within 48 hours. We are happy to assess and correct any concerns.
- We do not issue refunds for completed services.
🚸 Guests & Children
To ensure a calm and hygienic environment:
- Additional guests may wait in designated seating areas.
- For the comfort and safety of all clients, we kindly ask that children do not accompany you to your appointment.
💵 Payment & Gratuity
- We accept cash, major debit/credit cards, and approved digital payment methods.
- Gratuity is not included in service prices but is always appreciated.
